All materials are selected to provide a pleasant user experience; however, sensitivity varies from person to person. If you have known material allergies, please review the product details before purchasing.

• Usage & Care Instructions

Phone/Bag/Key Charms are decorative accessories only.
To prolong the lifespan of your piece, please do not use the charm to lift or carry your phone, as this may cause breakage or accidental damage.

Avoid pulling, stretching, or applying excessive force to phone charms, bag chains, or keychains.

Hardware components are 14k/18k gold-plated, which naturally maintains color best when kept dry.

To extend the plating life, avoid direct contact with water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and cosmetics.

All chains and accessories are considered wearable consumables.
Over time and with regular use, minor scratches or signs of wear may naturally occur. These are not viewed as quality defects and are not covered under after-sales warranties.
