Refund&Exchange
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
(Our items come in transparent packaging with a sealed sticker. You may inspect the product before opening. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.)
Your order number will be required to process your request.
- Return & Exchange Window
Requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
- Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a customer-related reason (e.g., changed mind, wrong items selected, no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees vary depending on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect item or a damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
Please note: All items are handmade. Minor handmade marks are considered normal and not defects.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return. If the package does not safely reach us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Chainswhisper is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during the return shipment.
For all international returns, we do not cover any customs duties, international postage fees, brokerage fees, surcharges, or taxes.
Chainswhisper is not responsible for any government-imposed charges. All such fees must be paid by the returning party and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- How to Return an Item for a Refund
For ready-to-ship items, we will try to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the package has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
To request a return, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order at support@chainswhisper.com
with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos or documentation (Please refer to the delivery date on the logistics tracking record.)
Once your return request is approved, we will send instructions and the return address.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important:
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure of the courier to reach the recipient, and you request a refund or reshipment, 20% of the order value will be deducted as a logistics compensation fee.
- Refund Processing Time
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving your returned item.
Most banks will credit the amount back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on their processing speed.
- Can I Exchange Instead of Refunding?

, and provide your order number, the reason for exchange, and photos if applicable. (Please refer to the delivery date on the logistics tracking record.)
We will guide you through the exchange process.

We accept one exchange per order.
Any price difference must be covered by the customer.
