  • Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation from Chainswhisper within a few minutes.
If you don’t see it after 30 minutes, please double-check your spam/junk folder and make sure your email address was entered correctly.
If the email is still missing, contact us at support@chainswhisper.com
 so we can verify your order.

  • Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a second email once your order has shipped. This message will include your tracking number (when available).
If multiple orders are placed for the same address, we may combine them into one shipment.

  • Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days.
During peak seasons (such as the year-end peak season and holidays), processing time may be slightly longer if we need extra time to check/perfect your products.

Although we do our best to keep items in stock, occasional delays may occur due to inventory shortages. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is handled by the postal service in your destination country.
For regions outside the United States, a signature may be required upon delivery, so please provide an address where someone is available during standard delivery hours.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping through our logistics partners.
In rare cases, certain remote postal codes may be undeliverable. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping Fees

Free worldwide shipping for orders over $39.99

For orders below $39.90, a flat shipping fee of $5–$7 will apply depending on the destination. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time shown at checkout includes both processing and transit time.
In short, shipping time alone could take:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–10 business days
  • Other countries: 5–20 business days

Please note that these estimates do not include any potential delays caused by customs clearance. Local customs offices may require additional documents or inspection time, especially during peak periods.

Order processing and shipping times may also be affected by holidays or high-volume periods. Pending payment authorization can delay dispatch as well.

  • How to Check Your Order Status

Log in to your Chainswhisper account and go to your Orders page to view the latest status.

  • How to track your order?

After shipment, Chainswhisper will automatically send you a tracking number.

1. You can track your order's status by following the instructions in the "Track My Order" section of our website's footer.

2. If the above doesn't apply, please log in to "www.17track.com" and enter your tracking number to check the shipping information.

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or additional import fees. These charges are not included in your payment to us.
All import-related fees are determined and collected by your local customs office.

  • Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Any claim regarding a lost, stolen, or misdelivered package must be submitted within 60 days from the order date.

If the carrier’s tracking information confirms that the package has been successfully delivered, Chainswhisper is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates to ensure safe receipt of your order.
